This viola is preowned.  It has been evaluated, adjusted, and play-tested in our Ann Arbor shop. The perfect viola for the beginner! Designed from the ground up as the perfect beginner viola, the Hoffmann Amadeus Viola is crafted from quality maple, spruce and ebony. Refined set-up is immediately evident in the smooth hand feel, smooth peg function and responsive, clear sound. Carbon fiber tailpiece with four built-in string adjusters helps the beginner develop confidence.
