 A seven-month program for current and aspiring leaders, June - December 2013 Leadership development seminar, July 23 - 27, 2013, Bryn Mawr College, Philadelphia   The National Guild for Community Arts Education is pleased to announce the 2013 Community Arts Education Leadership Institute (CAELI). CAELI provides an intensive, transformative experience through which current and aspiring leaders advance their skills by engaging with top leadership trainers and nationally renowned community arts education practitioners. CAELI is ideally suited for those in executive positions or preparing to move into such positions.
  Designed and facilitated by Partners in Performance, the seven-month program includes a five-day seminar at Bryn Mawr College (Philadelphia), advanced assignments, a 360-degree feedback process, and follow-up coaching. To optimize the learning experience, participation is limited to 25 individuals selected through a competitive application process. |

 American Express and other funders have chosen to invest in the future of the field by subsidizing the cost of the Community Arts Education Leadership Institute. Registration fees are therefore only $1,595 for personnel from Guild member organizations and $1,995 for those from non-member organizations. Registration fees cover:

Room and board during the seminar at Bryn Mawr is $495. This covers four nights' lodging and all meals with the exception of dinner on Wednesday, July 24, a free evening to enjoy a night on the town with your peers.   Limited need-based financial aid may be available upon request.
