AUTHENTIC FRENCH BRIDGES - CHEVALETS DESPIAU: These bridges are the "state-of-the-art." Made to the most exacting standards. All Despiau bridges are "treated" in the traditional French manner. Only the best aged maple is used. The Despiau family has developed an understanding of bridges and a technique for making them that is unique.

Viola bridges are available in the same four models as violin (9, 10, 11, 12) and all four qualities (A, B, C, D). All viola bridges are available in foot widths of 45 mm to 52 mm.
