No returns accepted for STRINGS when packages are opened. No returns accepted for broken strings. Open package string sales are FINAL.

INSTRUMENT and BOW sales are FINAL.

INSTRUMENT CASE sales are FINAL.

PART and ACCESSORY returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

TRIAL USE period for INSTRUMENTS and BOWS is seven (7) days. TRIAL USE is only available on INSTRUMENTS and BOWS picked up in-shop. TRIAL USE for internet orders require the Instrument/Bow be paid in full. If Instrument/Bow is returned within seven (7) days of receipt, payment shall be refunded minus any depreciation due to damage.. Default or failure to return within seven (7) days constitutes purchase.

SHIPPING Rates are estimated for US Domestic delivery. Rates for International and Domestic orders will be recalculated accurately and emailed to you when your order is shipped. If the actual shipping and handling charge is greater than the estimated charge, you will be emailed for approval prior to order shipping or credit card being charged. International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail® International.

Orders ship from various distribution centers based on stock availability at the time of order processing.
