Musical Physicists

Musical Applied Physicists

Musical spot welders, sculpting plumbers and poem-writing tax attorneys, do you know some? Are you "DualCore?" I'm compiling data about people who are dedicated to the Arts and another profession-please write in and tell me what your combination is, and, yes, teaching counts as a profession even if you do it in the Arts.

How we live our lives.... I write grants, publicity and e-mails, while creating musical ensembles, I parent, knit, quilt and I have a beloved dog, a Cardigan Welsh Corgi (the one with the tail), named Westminster Abbey, Abbey for short, she gets her whole name when she's being stubborn (only twice a day or so)and of course I am here for my entire family of loveable overachievers.

Where do you put the Arts in your life? There is a very nice little prompt somewhere near here that asks you to push it and write back, go ahead right now, and tell me how the Arts fit into your life. Pennames are acceptable and if you are the Music Director or lead dancer of some woopy-do ensemble we've all heard of, well, use a penname, it might make it easier on all of us. Unless you want the publicity, 'go for it', as it is said.....'plugs' happily shared here.
